1. 📞 Service Booking & Visit Charges
All service requests must be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
A technician visit/inspection charge applies, even if the customer chooses not to go ahead with the repair.
The exact charges are communicated during the booking or prior to technician visit.
2. 🔧 Repairs & Spare Parts
Repairs are carried out only after customer approval of the issue and estimated cost.
We use original or compatible spare parts, based on availability and customer preference.
The type of part and pricing will be clearly communicated before replacement.
3. 🛡️ Warranty
Warranty on service or parts is provided based on the nature of repair and part availability.
The duration and coverage (parts/service/both) will be explained by the technician before starting the work.
Warranty claims must be supported by service reference details (e.g., date, customer name, or phone number).
4. 🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule their service request by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
If a cancellation is made after technician dispatch, the visit charge may still apply.
5. 🧰 Post-Repair Issues
In case of any issues after repair, customers are advised to contact us within a few days.
We will arrange a free revisit if the problem is related to the original service and falls within the agreed warranty period.
6. ❌ Limitations of Liability
Roy Service Center is not liable for any pre-existing issues, manufacturer defects, or damage due to misuse, water exposure, or power surges.
We are also not responsible for data loss in Smart TVs during software updates or resets.
7. 🔐 Data & Communication
By booking a service, you consent to the use of your contact information for communication regarding your service, follow-ups, or offers.
